RUBY AMANFU
Ruby Amanfu is a performing artist, songwriter, part time actor, model and chef. She has released 7 studio albums, including an Associated Press #1 Album of the Year with former duo, Sam & Ruby. She has performed on talk shows such as Late Night with David Letterman, Conan, Seth Meyers and twice on Saturday Night Live. Ruby had a recurring role on the television show 'Nashville' and her original songs have appeared in films, commercials and TV shows worldwide. Ruby is also known for her collaborations with Jack White and has widely appeared on his solo albums, Blunderbuss and Lazaretto, and has accompanied him as a band member on two world tours. Her vocals lace Beyonce's track "Don't Hurt Yourself" on the acclaimed album, "Lemonade." Ruby's current accolades include songs on the new album by multi-Grammy-winning artist, H.E.R., including the current Top 40 radio single, "Hard Place” which was performed live during the 61st Grammy Awards.
