Born and raised in East Nashville, TN, Que Parks has made a name for himself cutting his teeth for years in the city’s thriving underground hip hop scene. His heart for his community is even more evident than his obvious talent once you hear about the non profit he is on leadership and involved daily for. It’s called J.C. Movement and they provide food and engaging after school activities for kids in the inner city who would otherwise not have those essential things.

Just one listen to Que’s music and you’ll hear the thread of depth, beauty and aggression that somehow all intertwines in his lyricism and style. The authentic tone of his music comes from the outpouring of honesty about his culture, his neighborhood and his experiences on the come up.
