FJØRA

A raw, rule-breaking pop artist who reaches far beyond the genre for inspiration, FJØRA grew up in Toronto, surrounded by the sounds of jazz, world music, classical compositions, and Hollywood film scores. In the fall of 2017, FJØRA released her first EP, WATERCOLOR, as the first mark in her career as a quirky, colorful pop artist, songwriter, arranger, and instrumentalist.

This song, “Reflecting Light,” is a poignant and honest portrayal of a human experience. I still get chills listening to this song. It was the way that this album made me feel that made me want to pursue songwriting, so that I could one day do the same for someone else.
