CREATIVE & LICENSING MANAGER
Emma is no stranger to licensing music...
Emma has had a passion for music since before she could walk, singing before she could talk. Born and bred in southern Indiana, she moved to Nashville, TN in 2011 to pursue a degree in music at Belmont University. After graduation, Emma made the move to New York City to work with music supervisor Sue Jacobs. There she worked on films/series such as A Walk In The Woods, Split, Big Little Lies, Thank You For Your Service,Thoroughbreds and more. While in New York she also had the pleasure of working in the music licensing departments at Nickelodeon and ABKCO Music & Records. As Creative & Licensing Manager at Resin8, Emma is responsible for the pitching and licensing for in-context placements in film, television, and advertising.
MOST INFLUENTIAL ALBUM
KALEIDOSCOPE HEART | SARA BAREILLES
This was the first album I remember listening to full through and being super inspired by. It was the album that sparked my first interest in songwriting and looking into music as an actual career. Also Sara Bareilles is my one of my favorite humans… she just gets me.
